This fully accredited program offers Six Sigma Black Belt certification in just nine months. This can be as a stand along certificate or as a concentration in either a Business Management Bachelors or MBA/L degree. This certification provides students with an understanding of lean processes as well as the leadership skills to adeptly manage change. Six Sigma is a data-driven methodology used to improve processes by reducing defects and variability, aiming for near-perfect quality (no more than 3.4 defects per million opportunities). It uses structured approaches like DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) to identify root causes and implement lasting improvements. Ultimately, Six Sigma helps organizations increase efficiency, reduce costs, and deliver more consistent results.
