Associate degree in a public safety related field or an associate’s degree with relevant work experience. Cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher. 25 credits of generally transferable general education coursework.* Personal statement. Transcripts from previous institution(s). *Students who have fulfilled their general education coursework for their associates degree with non-transferable courses may take additional general education courses to meet degree requirements during their junior year. Students may be provisionally admitted into the program if they are within 25 credits from completing an associate degree. Generally transferrable general education coursework include: Five credits of ENGL& 101 (English Composition I); Five credits of Quantitative Reasoning; Five credits of Humanities; Five credits of Social Science; Five credits of Natural Science. NOTE: You can take the above courses at Bates Tech, or transfer courses in from another college. Courses may not need to match exactly in each academic/general education category listed above.Is this program approved to train veterans?
