By earning the APICS CPIM certification, you demonstrate comprehension of an organization’s operations through a deep understanding of materials management, master scheduling, forecasting and production planning, as well as how these topics apply to the extended supply chain. In preparation to sit for the CPIM certification exam. You will explore the following topics in depth: supply chains and strategy: sales and operations planning; demand; internal supply; external supply and key support functions; inventory; detailed schedules; distribution; and quality, business investments, and continuous improvement.
