Property maintenance is the kind of work that rewards a jack of all trades, combining hands-on use of construction, repair, electrical and plumbing skills. This program prepares students to work in property maintenance for apartments and other multi-family housing. Enroll to receive a certificate of completion or to develop specific skills. Training includes safety and emergency procedures, painting and drywall repairs, grounds maintenance, electrical theory and repairs, plumbing, appliance repairs, customer service, first aid, and job search skills. The program is designed for all students, including those with limited English proficiency.
