The Computer Support Specialist Certificate is designed to prepare students for tech support roles by covering Python, Introduction to Networking, CompTIA A+, and Security+. CompTIA classes provide industry certifications as part of the course. Core skills learned are TCP/IP, Windows OS, python, security threats, and access control. Courses in the certificate transfer towards both IT ATA and AAS-T.
