The BAS in Cyber Security program provides successful students specialized skills protecting an organizations critical information systems and assets by ethically integrating cyber security risk management and business continuity best practices throughout an enterprise. Course work includes: E-Commerce Security, Cryptography, UNIX, Wireless Security and Cyber Crime and Terrorism.

Prerequisite courses and other requirements
Anyone with an Applied Science or Associate of Arts and Sciences degree can apply. Applicants must have earned a grade point of 2.0 or better in any Math class at the 100 level and in English 101 or its equivalent. Applicants must have also taken a social science course at the 100 or 200 level. Although not a requirement, it is also recommended that candidates have work experience in their field of expertise before beginning the program. Due to limited enrollment, applicants will have to complete a formal application and an interview before being accepted into the program.
