The Project Management program provides knowledge and skills in project management, including fundamentals (e.g., initiating, planning, execution, monitoring and control), as well as scheduling software, procurements and contracts, managing human resources, risk management. The program incorporates a hands-on, practical application approach and uses experienced project management practitioner perspectives in the development and execution of the program.
