This six day intensive program offers industry certifications in Forklift Operation, Traffic Control and Flagging, Industrial CPR and First Aid and OSHA-10. Students receive five college credits along with certifications. The goal of this training is to improve access to employment in manufacturing, transportation, construction, warehouse and other industrial occupations that require these certifications from job applicants. Program completers will be able to demonstrate safe operation of forklifts, safe traffic control practices, assist with first-aid and CPR-AED as well as recognize risks around bodily fluids, and recognize unsafe conditions and actions on job sites. Curriculum content was developed with employer input and is delivered by certified, experienced instructors. Our training meets industry and higher education needs and is aligned with state standards.
