Leadership

Columbia Basin College ETPL
The Short Term Certificate in Leadership is comprised of a choice of 10 credits from three courses in BUS 160 - Leading and Managing Teams, BUS 180 - Professionalism & Customer Service, and BUS 190 - Collegiate DECA. Students will be required to complete BUS 271 - Human Relations in Business to reinforce their skills from these other courses and will be given more opportunity to practice and apply such knowledge in more robust settings. This degree is fully stackable within the AAS in Business degree so that students pursuing this certificate can directly apply all coursework towards that degree (optional). This also gives students pursuing the AAS in Business a certificate as a value-added benchmark along their academic journeys.
