Admission to the phlebotomy program is dependent upon meeting prerequisites and/or transcript review for students and/or validation of licensure for current practitioners. Qualified practitioners include current unencumbered licensed Medical Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse, Emergency Medical Technician, or Registered Nurse in the state of Washington, Airforce Medics (4NOX1, skill level 5), or Navy Corpsmen (HM000, Rank: HM3, E-4 and above).
