Maritime Manufacturing Core

This certificate will provide a basic understanding of general maritime manufacturing procedures. The student will be introduced to foundational skills in maritime production needed to qualify for entry-level maritime manufacturing positions. Topics covered include basic vessel familiarization, proper composite material usage, and processes, measuring tools and equipment, ship systems, maritime governance and safety practices. The certificate includes modules of theory and practical application.
